At Superior Infrastructure Restoration, we specialize in restoring your sanitary piping to brand new condition in the least intrusive method possible.

Root infiltration and pipe collapse have been an ongoing issue for many years. It is typically a costly and multi-faceted process to repair these issues. With trenching, cost of material, landscaping being among many of the processes included, bills can add up quickly.
We are here to eliminate as many of those costs as possible.
With our specialized tooling, we can clear your pipes of obstructions without damaging the existing pipe; all while keeping an eye on the progress through a CCTV camera. We can then take the process one step further by installing a liner, making the existing pipe seamless therefore not allowing any further root infiltration, covering up any existing holes and rerounding your pipes. All at a fraction of the cost.

Camera Inspection
Typically, when waste is sent down the drain, it is forgotten about. Until there is an issue. That is where we come in! With our specialty cameras, we are able to see and diagnose any issues you may be having with your sanitary drainage systems.
From roots, and collapsed pipes to something the little ones may have mistakenly flushed down the toilet, our staff can help diagnose these issues with a simple inspection.

Inspection and Cleaning
Conventional sanitary drainage pipes are extremely susceptible to root infiltration at joints or damaged section. Older homes with cast iron pipes are also very likely to have rust or oxidization buildup within them, causing the internal diameter to become constricted and waste to get caught up on any rough edges.
With our specialty equipment, we are able to cut out any roots or obstructions that may be infiltrating, and descale any rust that may be built up within the system. Bringing your pipes back to their original diameter and ensuring proper flow again.

Trenchless Pipe Relining
After your pipes are cleaned, there is still likelihood of root infiltration and broken pipes.
This is where we will install a seamless liner within the pipe, therefore closing off any holes, cracks or joints where roots or earth can invade and block off flow to your sanitary pipes.
This process takes place within your home and is completely trenchless. Eliminating costly bills such as excavation, cost of new materials and landscaping.
